Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a Senior Financial Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a financial planning practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and learn about the behind-the-scenes processes that support high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Senior Financial Consultant
- Maintain and update client records in the database with accuracy
- Source and compare general insurance quotations
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, form filling, and appointment scheduling
- Ensure timely and organized handling of all tasks to meet the consultant’s workflow and priorities

- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
- Prior experience in administrative roles or familiarity with insurance operations is a plus, but not mandatory
