Global Mobility & Contracts Manager | Remote Work | Up to $11,000 -SH - Geylang

Key Duties:

• Administer the full contract lifecycle (IGTA, SOWs, MSAs, vendor agreements), including negotiation, drafting, execution, and compliance with corporate, data sharing, and privacy frameworks.
• Partner with HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Group Companies to support onboarding, contractual enablement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as liaison with external vendors and partners, overseeing performance, service levels, deliverables, and participating in reviews, negotiations, and escalations.
• Manage contract registers, milestones, renewals, risks, and documentation on SharePoint, including templates, user manuals, training guides, and rollout communications.
• Enhance mobility frameworks, reporting, and training by reviewing processes, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation

Key Requirements:

• Min. 10 years experience in global organizations within global mobility, HR operations, or commercial contracts.
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field
• Japanese language proficiency is highly advantageous
• Proficiency with corporate policies, data privacy regulations, and multi-country compliance requirements related to IGTA management.
