Bank Corporate Call Centre Agent (office hours / 6 Months Contract / East)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9-6pm,
OT may be required as and when needed (exceptional scenarios only)
6 months contract (renew/convert based on performance/business needs)- Handle customer (Internal/External) issues and enquiries, provide appropriate solutions as well as accurate and complete information via phone and email.
- Perform proper follow up to ensure resolution within SLA.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Provide support and educate/guide customers on product and system navigation.
- Provide support on enquiries/clarifications/rejections via calls and emails.
- Follow internal procedures & guidelines, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers as well as colleagues at all times.
- Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned.
Requirement:
- At least minimum of 1 year experience in banking industry in customer service line
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Innovative and creative in problem solving with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, with positive work attitude.
- Strong knowledge of corporate products and services
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
