Marketing Coordinator - 4 Months Contract

Job Summary

This position provides support to the APAC Regional Marketing team. The role will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of regional marketing initiatives, product line management, and marketing communications activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management & Execution
  • Coordinate and implement selected marketing programs and educational initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Manage assigned product changes, transitions, or sunsets in collaboration with regulatory, supply chain, and country commercial teams—including planning, timelines, supporting materials, communications, and forecasts—to minimize customer disruption and maintain brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with regional and country marketing leads to provide monthly updates and analyze progress against annual deliverables.
  • Support consolidation of regional marketing summaries for Global reviews when required.
Market Insights & Analytics
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities within APAC.
  • Support regional marketing activities to acquire and assess market intelligence, including Voice of Customer (VOC) research, market reports, industry conferences, competitive insights, and academic/business literature.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to integrate these insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
Marketing Communications
  • Manage internal processes and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of approved marketing materials.
  • Support the development of regional marketing collateral, product toolkits, and campaigns, including liaison with external vendors when applicable.
  • Assist in organizing internal engagement activities such as marketing newsletters, Singapore office meetings, and APAC Town Halls.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and comfortable working in a matrix organisation.
