Singapore Sales Manager (Senior Sales)

• Aginode Singapor Pte. Ltd. is seeking for a motivated Sales Manager (Senior Sales) to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for LAN cable- Essential 6 Series products and supporting sales growth on existing uncovered Sectors including DataCenter & FTTO, Hunting new customers and Build relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• This role requires an understanding of the technical aspects of LAN cabling system and the ability to convey product benefits to various stakeholders.

• Sales Activities
• Pro-actively Lobbying/hunting new customers via cold call, F2F visit
• Drive and support distributor to clear inventory stock
• Sales Presentation to customer to promote Company Branding
• Enhance channel support and service to the market
• Support sales growth in area that is out of the existing segments to contribute incremental sales.
• Monthly Sales Analysis
• Prepare monthly sales pipelines and visit report
• Review market pricing and competitor pricing systems
• Market Research & Cooperation
• Investigate area coverage and sales networks
• Research competitor channel systems
• Represent Aginode at exhibitions, seminar and association to promote Aginode products and total solutions.
• Compliance
• Ensure compliance and implementation of Group rules and policies, including the Group Code of Ethics
• Strictly adhere to company regulations regarding environmental protection and green production principles, ensuring all activities are environmentally friendly
• Follow and implement other work-related instructions from the manager

• Achieve sales and margin targets through effective sales activity
• Promote /Sales growth on Essential 6 products and others as team/ product strategy evolves.
• Supporting sales growth on uncovered segment.
• Strengthen the Aginode brand image
• Provide daily support and service to key partners and customers.
• Annual turnover: USD6million for Singapore only (team’s effort). Individual’s KPI to be defined

• Min diploma in Business/Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector.
• At least 8 years of working experience in a similar position
• Cabling application know-how
• IT or low-voltage system application know-how
• Knowledge of LAN cable products, specifications, and applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Office software
• Independance and pro-actively hunting new customers
