Duration: 1 year (Renewable/Convertible)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day system operations and incident management
• Log, track, and follow up on system issues to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for troubleshooting and support
• Manage system enhancements and change requests from initiation to delivery
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure all assigned actions and milestones are completed on schedule
• Engage business stakeholders to understand operational and system needs
• Analyze and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications for IT teams or vendors
• Work closely with external vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and vendors
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and supporting documentation
• Support users during testing and assist in system deployment and rollout
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and operational documentation
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and performance updates
• Assist with quotation requests, vendor communication, and contract administration
• Support procurement-related processes when required
• Organise and support project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Prepare presentation materials and training documentation as needed
• Provide occasional after-hours assistance for critical system issues or deployment activities

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in IT business analysis, IT operations, or digital project delivery roles
• Exposure to digital application development and maintenance is preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfortable engaging business users and collaborating with external vendors
