Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner to provide high-level executive support to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires a highly proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders.
The incumbent will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, supporting day-to-day executive operations while enabling effective stakeholder engagement, strategic coordination, and operational efficiency across large and complex portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and management of competing priorities.
- Anticipate executive requirements and proactively manage schedules, commitments and potential conflicts.
- Coordinate and manage senior stakeholder interactions, including leadership meetings, town halls, skip-level sessions and engagement activities.
- Ensure seamless orchestration of activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials, reports, agendas and briefing documents.
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Drive follow-ups and monitor action items to ensure timely completion and alignment.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and execution of priorities.
- Provide administrative and operational support for broader business initiatives and leadership activities where required.
- Exercise sound judgment and operate independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Executive Support, Business Partner or similar roles supporting senior leadership.
- Experience supporting C-suite, senior executives or large organisational portfolios preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly independent, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
