Operations Executive - Logistics

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to meet client deadlines.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage documentation related to shipping, customs, and inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Support the management team in reporting and operational analysis.
• Coordinate shipment arrangement in south-east asia
