Salary Range

$5500 to 6400 (Depending on experience)

Job Scope

Oversee and lead the entire production team to achieve daily output budget, production schedules and quality standards.
SOP Optimization: Identify and improvise production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
Research and Development: Involve in development of new food products.
Quality of product: Collaborate with Quality Assurance department to maintain food quality standards and ensuring quality assurance checks are in place.
Resource Management: Manage manpower cost, minimize and control food wastage to meet production budget.
Workplace safety compliance: Ensuring that all production activities comply with safety regulations and other relevant industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor studies in Business/ Manufacturing or any relevant studies
At least 5 to 10 years of managing the production team.
Good understanding of current manufacturing methodologies and industry best practices.
