Creative Content Executive

Salary: Up to $3000

Working days & hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 6pm - flexi working hours

Job Overview:

The Creative Content & Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing creative concepts, producing multimedia content, managing social media, and maintaining website content. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with the Group’s branding, enhancing both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and other departments to understand project requirements.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, internal communications, and other marketing materials in alignment with the Group’s branding.

• Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.

• Produce engaging multimedia content (e.g., animations, interactive elements) for social media and the website.

• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and distribution of content across all platforms.

• Project Planning: Plan and execute photography and videography sessions for group events, product showcases, and employee profiles.
• Content Capture: Capture high-quality photos and videos that effectively communicate the Group’s message.
• Editing: Edit photos and videos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Library Management: Organize a digital library for easy access to photos and videos.

• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with various teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and internal communications.
• Content Creation: Design engaging multimedia content for social media platforms and the website.
• Content Distribution: Ensure timely production and distribution of content to meet campaign goals.

• Develop clear and effective creative concepts for internal communications and marketing materials, in collaboration with marketing and HR teams.
• Write compelling content for brochures, social media posts, email templates, and more.

• Content Oversight: Assist in the creation and updating of website content to ensure it is engaging and current.
• SEO Management: Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and user engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track website performance and user engagement via analytics, optimizing content accordingly.

• ITE/Diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in content creation or digital media.
• Experience in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Content Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist
• Working days: 5.5days
• Working hours: (Mon-Fri) 10.30am-7.30pm (Sat) 10.30am-4pm
• Salary: $ 2500- $3000
• Location: Oxley Tower, Tanjong Pagar

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Knowledge of social media trends, storytelling formats, and digital engagement
• Experience or interest in video creation/editing (mobile apps or Adobe suite)
• Basic knowledge of marketing, e-commerce, or Canva is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.)
• Track and analyse performance of posts and campaigns
• Stay updated with current social media trends and apply them creatively
• Execute content campaigns, influencer ideas, and seasonal promotions
• Assist with basic copywriting (captions, product features, simple ad content)
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment with our brand voice and visuals
• Support daily business operations such as retail, taking/packing orders or stock-ins
