We are an expanding recruitment and talent solutions firm dedicated to connecting businesses with top talent across various industries. As we grow, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and build strong client and candidate networks.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Provide career advice and guidance to candidates
• Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process through to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with Singapore hiring regulations and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems

• Preferably holds a valid CEI certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Good understanding of local employment practices in Singapore

• CEI (Basic / KAH / EA Personnel License) certification
• Experience in agency recruitment or headhunting
• Existing client or candidate network is a plus
