Associate Director / Director cum Qualified Person (C&S Industry)
Our client is seeking an Associate Director / Director cum Qualified Person to join their team!
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a pioneering company in the field of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) material. You will be involved in innovative projects that enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overcome construction challenges.
About Our Client
Our client is a highly valued consultancy in the construction industry, known for its quality service and value-added solutions. They are the pioneers in UHPC material and work closely with key industry players to develop both structural and non-structural applications.
Other Information:
- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 9am-6pm
- Working Location: Boon Keng MRT
- Salary Range: $8,000-$15,000 (Depend on experience)
- Entitled for AWS and Performance Bonus, 18 days Annual Leave
- Must registered in Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
- Perform as Qualified Person: You will be responsible for geotechnical/civil/structural design, instrumentation and monitoring, site supervision, and more.
- Project Coordination: You will manage and coordinate projects, review design reports, and provide guidance to engineers.
- Client Management: You will serve as Supervising Director and manage technical/site staff and administrative functions.
- Special Projects: You will lead special projects and attend meetings and site inspections.
- Engineering Degree: A recognized degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
- Experience: At least 6 years of design experience in civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering work in Singapore.
- Singapore Building Codes: Conversant with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.
- Engineering Software: Familiarity with engineering software and submission procedures to regulatory authorities.
- Design Management: Proven design management skills across multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Consulting and Client Management: High-level consulting and client management skills.
- Report Writing: Strong report writing skills to prepare and furnish reports.
- Professional Registration: Registered with Singapore PE Board as Professional Engineer or Specialist Professional Engineer (Geotechnical).
- Certifications: Certifications including Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP), Design for Safety Professional (DfSP), Active, Beautiful and Clean (ABC) Waters Professional, and Competent Person for Facade Inspection (CP-Facade) will be an advantage.
