Alliance Employment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant cum Admin to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent for our diverse clientele, primarily in the preschool and education sector across Singapore.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit
  • Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Match qualified candidates to available roles and facilitate the hiring process
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all recruitment activities
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in the agency setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using recruitment-related technology and software
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Assist with social media job postings and promotion to enhance visibility and attract talent
