Live Streamer and Sales Assistant

Job Summary

Join our curated brand retail shops featuring local accessories, crystals, lifestyle goods, stationery, and apparel. As a part-time Livestreamer & Sales Assistant, you will engage customers both online and in-store to promote and sell products, supporting our expanding retail operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable on camera, and are interested in social media and livestream selling.

• Host or assist with online livestream sessions to actively promote products and drive sales
• Engage viewers by answering questions and encouraging purchases during livestreams
• Assist customers in-store by recommending products and processing checkout transactions accurately
• Support daily retail operations including maintaining visual displays and keeping the store organized
• Follow a regular livestreaming schedule to ensure consistent online presence and sales growth

• Experience in livestreaming or retail sales is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
• Fluent in English and preferably another language e.g. Mandarin or Malay.
• Interest in social media, live streaming, and retail sales to enhance customer engagement

• Work locations: one of two outlets in Orchard, near Somerset station
• Scheduled shifts between 11am and 9/10pm
• Hourly pay of $10–$15 plus livestream sales commission
