Responsibilities:- Partner with key stakeholders to prepare proposals for pilot initiatives.
- Perform analysis for special projects to support management decision-making.
- Review department purchases, unbudgeted requests, and ad-hoc submissions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate timelines and reviews for the annual budgeting cycle.
- Review workflows, identify gaps or process improvement opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems.
- Undertake other relevant tasks as assigned.
- Tertiary degree in Finance, Healthcare Management, Strategic Planning, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience in Finance, Healthcare Management, or Strategic Planning.
- Project management experience is mandatory.
