Overview

This role provides administrative support in the review, development, and implementation of HR learning and development plans and programs.

• Collaborate closely with management and line departments to achieve institution’s short-term and long-term goals.
• Provide administrative support for the review, development, and implementation of learning and development programmes, ensuring they are relevant, maintain standards, and align with institution’s objectives.
• Administer HR functions and processes, including system training, training administration, and tracking of training indicators.
• Update and maintain comprehensive training records.

• Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organized, proactive, bold, and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, and people-centered.
• Strong passion, drive, and good personal values.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer software.
