RecruitFirst is hiring! On behalf of our client in the Vending Machine Market is looking for Field Technician!

Jobscope:

• Travel to various merchant locations to perform the installation and setup of new payment terminals
• Configure and test payment terminals to ensure full functionality, including connectivity and transaction processing.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnostic checks for payment terminal issues (e.g., connectivity, power, minor hardware faults).
• Provide on-site support and basic training to merchants on the operation of the newly installed payment terminals.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, services, and troubleshooting performed.
• Manage and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures during field operations.
• Collaborate with the technical support team for complex issue resolution.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and connectivity concepts.
• Possess a valid Class 2B license and owns a bike; comfortable with daily islandwide travel.
• Mileage reimbursement + cashcard + servicing/repair cost provided
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
