We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a reputable precious metals firm in a client-facing role. You will be responsible for handling gold and silver transactions while delivering professional service to customers through both walk-in interactions and phone/email support in a secure showroom environment.

• Provide professional service to customers through both walk-in interactions and phone/email support in a secure showroom environment
• Support the buying and selling of gold and silver products
• Handle transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and records of transactions

• Diploma / NITEC or relevant qualification preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, retail, or customer service
• Comfortable in a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of responsibility
• Able to handle transactions involving high-value items
