We work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to deliver beautiful and functional spaces.We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Makerting & Brand Ambassador to represent our brand in the industry.
About the Role
As a Marketing & Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Chroma Furnishing to the design and construction community. Your role is to build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors by introducing them to our products and inviting them to collaborate with us.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building professional networks, and presenting products. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Chroma Furnishing professionally to architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Schedule and complete 5–7 client visits or meetings per day.
- Introduce our product collections and share updates with industry professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Invite clients to visit our showroom and host product introductions.
- Conduct product presentations confidently and clearly.
- Act as one of the main contact points between the company and industry partners.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential opportunities and assisting with follow-ups.
- Work with the marketing team on collaborations, campaigns, and industry outreach.
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations
- Keep records of client visits, feedback, and relationship development.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently communicate with customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships.
- Confident in conducting product presentations.
- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments daily.
- Ability to work in a team and represent the brand professionally
- Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or furnishings is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client relations is a plus.
