Field Engineer ( Up to $4500 / Good career progression) - Toa Payoh
About the role
The Field Engineer is a rewarding role with opportunities for career progression.
You will be responsible for providing maintenance and technical support for our clients' equipment and systems.
What you'll be doing- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop preventative maintenance plans
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Preferrable with knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
- In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Server etc.
- Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.
- IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
