Head of Store Visual Experience & Korea Business Development

We are looking for a commercially driven leader to transform store environments, accelerate Korean brand growth, and unlock new business opportunities in the Singapore market and in the region., This high impact role works directly with senior leadership to deliver measurable sales and brand performance.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing store environment strengthening Korean brand presence, supporting senior leadership through travel co-ordination and executive aide responsibilities.

• Lead store renewals and VM enhancements to boost footfall conversion, and sales.
• Own Korean brand and Korea business strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and manage partnerships with Korean brands and principals.
• Identify new concepts, expansion opportunities and market trends
• Support executive travel, business coordination, and strategic initiatives.

• 6-8 years in retail development, brand management or business development
• Proven track record of driving sales through store design and VM
• Strong understanding of Korean brands and business culture
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
• Willingness to travel as required.
