Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor (Supermarket)

We are a SME supermarket retail company, looking for individuals who would like to join us as Supervisor or Assitant Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Remove expired or damage products, replenish and rotations of products.
• Ensure that display space is fully stocked.
• Arranging of stocks First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure that products are within shelves life.
• Other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Min qualification High school diploma
• At least 3 yrs of work experience required
• 6-day work week/ shift work and must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
• Service-oriented and a team player
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
