Business Development Manager (Interior Design) [Geylang | 5 days | up to $6000 + Comms] - LCYL

• Working hours: 9 to 6pm Mon to Fri
• location: Geylang
• Salary range: $3000 - $6000 plus commission

• Proactively identify, source, and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out market (hunter role).
• Conduct cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to generate leads and build sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up closely on leads, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
• Track sales activities, update CRM / sales reports, and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as required.
• Support management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.

• Minimum 1 year of sales / business development experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, renovation, or related industries.
• Basic understanding of interior fit-out works and project workflows is an advantage.
