Plumbing & Sanitary Engineer | Site M&E Engineer - Toa Payoh

Role: M&E Site Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)

• Industry: Electrical Services | Sub Contractor
• Office at Woodlands Singapore
• Working Day: 5.5 Days, Sunday Off
• Basic Salary: Up to $3,800 + Bonus

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
4. Knowledge in BIM will have added advantage.

• Project management involving M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
• Documentation of method statement and work procedures.
• Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
• Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
• Preparation of design construction drawings.
• Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.
• Attend meetings including but not limited to site meetings and inspections.
• Any other business-related matters assigned by the Management / Head office
