IT Executive (Batch Acceptance & Configuration)
About the role
We are seeking a talented IT Executive (Batch Acceptance & Configuration) to join the dynamic team at Noble Technology & Engineering (Pte. Ltd.) in the West/Central/North-East Region. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure.
What you'll be doing- Perform batch acceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of IT systems and applications
- Assist with the configuration and deployment of IT systems and applications, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, testing procedures, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the wider IT team to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and reliability
- Provide support and guidance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and applications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and testing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, and systems administration concepts
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, would be an advantage
