Sales and marketing executive / business development executive (urgent)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to help us grow our presence in Singapore market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in developing and executing business strategies to expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients from beauty centers and spas to expand our brands' distribution network.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, pitch our products, and secure partnerships.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to industry professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Achieve sales targets and growth objectives through effective business development activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance brand positioning and offerings.
• Any other tasks required from Management

Requirements:

• Prefer someone with experience in B2B and B2C sales, business development, or a similar role in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for skincare and beauty.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
