Job Responsibilities

Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents
Attend to customers queries with prompt and professional service
Ensure timely execution of customers’ orders
Communicate with customers via various channels.
Liaise with internal departments and/or third parties to process order requests from customers.
Maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent sales support and accurate product information.
Handle and resolve customers feedback issues.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

Diploma in any relevant discipline
At least one year of experience in customer service is preferred
Customer-oriented with positive attitude and pleasant personality
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and phone/email etiquette skills
Can work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
