Investment Analyst/Assistant Portfolio Manager - Single Family Office

Location: Singapore

Overview:

Our Singapore subsidiary, part of a prominent Hong Kong family office, seeks an Investment Analyst/Assistant Portfolio Manager due to business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Recommend asset allocation among equities, bonds, VC/PE funds, and co-investments.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with MAS regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct due diligence on and monitor external fund managers' performance.
• Ensure accuracy in financial statements for PE Funds, track and forecast capital calls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a family office or investment management firm.
• CFA or CPA qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, VC/PE funds, and equity investments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Copilot 365 and AI applications.
• Ability to work independently; occasional travel required.
• Candidates with less experience will join as investment analyst
• Must meet Singapore tax residency requirements.
