Responsibilities:

• Provide technical training to customers and end-users
• Demonstrate and support technical operations
• Assist with maintenance work and equipment upkeep.
• Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of practical experience in civil engineering or construction sites.
• Ability to clearly explain technical procedures and conduct effective training for customers and end-users.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license for company vehicle travel.
• Advantageous: direct experience in ground engineering, piling, or foundation works; hands-on experience operating heavy machinery; mechanical/electrical engineering knowledge; familiarity with hydraulic systems and maintenance for heavy machinery.
