Senior Product Manager (Omnichannel) - W.LY
You will take charge of the full lifecycle of product management initiatives—from the initial concept to execution and ongoing optimization. You’ll work collaboratively with various teams across IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure projects/products meet strategic goals and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the management of digital programs, overseeing all phases from ideation through implementation and optimization.
- Develop comprehensive project/products plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery and execution.
- Leverage industry-leading project/product management frameworks, such as Agile and Scrum, to streamline processes and maintain project quality.
- Track project progress, anticipate potential challenges, and implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, offering consistent updates, reports, and presentations on project progress and results.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation within the digital team, encouraging new ideas, initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation and enhance the company's competitive positioning.
- Managing complex projects across multiple departments, ensuring smooth coordination and effective stakeholder communication
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2C tech, e-commerce, or related sectors.
- Proven success in high-performing product teams and delivering impactful products to market.
- Strong proficiency in product management frameworks and tools, such as Agile and JIRA.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies to drive informed product decisions.
- Experience in coaching and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile product development settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
