Job's mission

You will actively support ASM’s Compliance operations.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Trade Compliance and is part of the Legal department.

• Interact with internal stakeholders and support China transactions to ensure compliance
• Major daily work: Track and manage orders block release proactively in the SAP GTS system, with a primary focus on China transactions.
• Performing internal self-assessments to ensure trade compliance activities are executed properly.
• Support ad hoc activities for e.g. pulling reports from SAP and conduct analysis.
• Provide support to team members as required.

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degreein a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade compliance within a global setting
• Basic knowledge of US Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and/or ECCN

• Experience in high-tech or semiconductor Industry.
• Familiarity with SAP GTS
• Good communication and effective interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in the execution of any assigned task;
• Ability to work autonomously, with minimal direction, and self-motivated and results-driven;
• Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and a global environment.
