Accounts Receivable (Logistics)

Job Description:

• Handle intercompany Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) netting for overseas group entities
• Perform reconciliation, verification, declaration, settlement, and clearance of netting transactions
• Prepare and maintain AR statements of account
• Reconcile AR & AP aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Retrieve invoices from internal systems and overseas entities
• Process MUFG netting declarations and perform SAP clearing and offset entries
• Support audit requirements by preparing reports and performing analysis
• Manage TT remittance for group netting and overseas agents
• Process settlements through banking systems using netting templates
• Follow up on inquiries and resolve discrepancies or disputes
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate e-filing of supporting documents
• Distribute netting outputs to relevant business units
• Prepare prepaid NX Group break bulk charges billing reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in accounting.
