Our client, an organization in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the facilities in assigned locations; work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure standard of work done are in compliance to all rules and regulations
Conduct routine checks and performance reviews with the contractors
Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure timely delivery of projects
Ensure proper records and documentation for all maintenance works and projects
Ensure that facility management and security pass all required certifications
Assist in new compound developments
Respond to any critical faults in a timely manner
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant property/ facilities maintenance
Candidates who are certified Fire Safety Managers will be advantageous
Good interpersonal skills
