Full-time | 6-day work week | Singapore-based | Reports directly to the Founder

We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to support a fast-moving founder across multiple ventures in tech, education, events, and ministry. If you're sharp, adaptable, and thrive in a high-speed, high-impact environment — this might be your call-up ?

• What You'll Do
• Own the calendar – Schedule meetings, take notes, track follow-ups
• Translate strategy to action – Turn big ideas into clear, executable plans for the team
• Coordinate comms – Prepare briefs, track timelines, manage stakeholders
• Use tools & AI – Notion, ClickUp, Google Suite, ChatGPT, etc.

• Suggest better systems – We’re open to upgrading how we work

• Strong common sense, initiative, and follow-through

• Events, operations, or startup experience a big plus
• IT- and tool-savvy, able to adapt fast

• Comfortable working in a majority-Christian team with faith-based projects
• Willing to hustle, grow, and get sharper every week
• Salary

SGD $2,000–$3,000

($3K reserved for truly exceptional candidates who bring serious firepower)

This is a full-time, 6-day-a-week role with long-term growth potential.
