Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3800 + AWS + VB
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hour); Saturday (Half day)
- Location: Changi
Job Scope:
- Respond promptly to customers’ enquiries
- Ensure full compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
- Liaise with overseas agents on requirements and rate negotiations
- Prepare shipping documentation for LCL and FCL shipments
- Coordinate with import and export operations teams to ensure documentation and invoicing accuracy
- Liaise and coordinate with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment delivery
- Prepare sea freight quotations for ad-hoc COD customers
- Arrange packing and labelling for Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments
- Provide quotations upon request
- Responsible for monthly closing of shipment files
- Handle DG declarations as required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight / sea freight)
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
