ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize HR Service Delivery modules including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop HR services, catalog items, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
• Implement Employee Center and HR Service Portal, ensuring intuitive user experience.
• Configure HR templates, topic categories, and HR profiles.

• Translate HR business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Advise HR stakeholders on best practices, process optimization, and automation opportunities using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Participate in solution design workshops and document functional design specifications.

• Support ongoing HRSD operations, including break-fix, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with HR data security standards.
• Collaborate with platform teams for instance maintenance and updates.

• Work with cross-functional teams (HR, ITSM, Security, Integration) to ensure solution alignment.
• Participate in ServiceNow governance and change management processes.
• Document configurations, designs, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including 2+ years specifically in HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integration Hub.
• Experience implementing or supporting Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, or HR Case Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and data security (roles, ACLs).
• Good understanding of integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
