Retail Assistant / Senior Retail Assistant (Islandwide) - Geylang

• Working Days: 5 Days

• Oversee product category, including inventory, pricing, displays, and sales analysis.
• Maximize product visibility and sales opportunities on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Managers and suppliers on LSM or promotional activities.
• Contribute to sales targets and growth of the assigned category.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving escalated inquiries or complaints.
• Train and guide Retail Assistants on category-specific knowledge and procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Support labour cost control by optimizing manpower allocation.
• Step in for Retail Assistants as needed, including housekeeping and merchandising.
• Process purchase orders, stock receipt reports, and maintain organized records.
• Assist with daily morning briefings to align team with store objectives.
• Participate in stock-taking exercises to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by RM / ARM.
