Position: Customer Service Executive
- Location: Macpherson
- Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,900 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits ($300/Month)

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing basic product and order information.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and delivery documents accurately.
- Support order processing and monitor delivery timelines.
- Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks, including document checks and reports.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to support delivery and installation arrangements.
- Maintain organized sales records and update CRM systems.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels or equivalent
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or admin roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- No experience welcome too, training provided!
