Assistant Production Manager
Our client is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to join their team!

About Our Client
Our client has been delivering precision treatment for critical environments since 1989. Our practical, disciplined processes meet low-particle, traceable standards for garment care, supporting sectors like hard drive, semiconductor, life science, and advanced manufacturing.
Other Information:
- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 8am-545pm (might need to work OT and on weekend if production required)
- Working Location: Senoko Area
- Salary Range: $5,000-$7,000
- Lead and inspire: Motivate the production team to achieve daily targets, maintain high quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee operations: Manage day-to-day factory activities, focusing on efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Implement best practices: Develop and monitor production processes, procedures, and safety protocols to create a safe and productive workplace.
- Drive improvement: Analyze performance data, identify opportunities for enhancement, and spearhead cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Optimize resources: Manage departmental budgets, resources, and machine utilization to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Experienced leader: At least 6 years of relevant supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry
- Educational background: Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering-related fields.
- Strong leadership skills: Exceptional ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and inspire others to achieve common goals.
- Process-oriented thinker: Solid understanding of production planning, processes, and quality systems, with a keen eye for optimization.
- Problem solver: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with a focus on continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
