As a Patient Service Associate (Various Locations), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Welcome patients, manage registrations, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
- Handle billing transactions, payments, insurance claims, as well as provide guidance with billing inquiries or financial support.
- Assist healthcare staff during examinations and procedures.
- Monitor, restock, and manage clinic supplies and medications .
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in polite and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level or above.
