Trade Assistant/Key Account Assistant/Business Development Assitant
Position Overview
We are looking for a high-potential and growth-oriented Trade Assistant / Key Account Assistant / Business Development Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will support senior team members and the KA Manager in handling daily communication with overseas customers, following up on customer needs, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting key account management and business development activities.
This is not a cold-calling or hard-selling role. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, communicative, quick to understand, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to coordinate effectively while working independently. With guidance from senior colleagues, the successful candidate will gradually grow into a role that can independently take ownership of specific product categories, markets, or country accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily communication with overseas customers and respond to customer emails, requests, and issues in a timely manner
- Understand customer needs and organize, analyze, and communicate them clearly based on internal operational realities
- Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, production, quality, logistics, and other relevant teams to support customer requirements
- Assist in formulating practical and feasible solutions based on customer expectations and internal conditions
- Follow up on customer feedback, issue resolution progress, and internal coordination matters to ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication
- Support key account and business development activities such as trade show participation, preparation for customer visits, material organization, and follow-up actions
- Build understanding of products, customer needs, and internal workflows under the guidance of senior colleagues
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications- Fluent in English, with the ability to use it confidently as a working language with overseas customers
- Basic Chinese communication skills to support day-to-day collaboration with Chinese-speaking colleagues, suppliers, or customers
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a approachable manner
- Strong comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer needs accurately and assess situations clearly
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle information accurately with strong follow-through
- Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and help drive issue resolution
- Strong ability to work independently under guidance, complete assigned tasks, and proactively follow through on progress
- Willingness to learn customer communication, cross-functional collaboration, and international business support work
- Experience in customer service, client coordination, key account support, trade support, or B2B-related work is an advantage
- Exposure to manufacturing, export business, or international customer communication is a plus
- Experience supporting trade shows, customer visits, or business development activities is a plus
- Overseas study, overseas work experience, or cross-cultural communication exposure is an advantage
- Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus

The successful candidate will begin by learning customer communication, needs analysis, internal coordination, and international business support under the guidance of senior colleagues and the KA Manager.As experience and capability grow, there will be opportunities to gradually take ownership of specific product categories, markets, or country accounts, and develop into an independent and reliable core member.

This is not a tele-sales or aggressive sales role. The focus of this position is on customer communication, needs understanding, cross-functional coordination, key account support, and business development assistance.
