6723 - Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level /Uncapped Commission | Training Provided )

Location: Shenton Way, Singapore

After probation: 10:00am – 5:00pm (subject to KPI performance)

Salary: $2,350 – $2,950 + $250 KPI allowance + commission

• CEI certification is preferred; candidates without CEI may apply
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage

• Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent job opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
• Advertise job vacancies through appropriate platforms and channels
• Search internal databases and external sources to identify suitable candidates
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
• Brief candidates on job scope, salary, and employment terms
• Prepare and edit candidate resumes for client submission
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Update candidates on interview outcomes
• Support salary discussions and offer coordination between clients and candidates
• Provide market information on salary benchmarks and job opportunities
• Follow up with clients on interview status and hiring progress
• Perform administrative duties related to recruitment activities
