Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at SoGoodK Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations efficiently, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

2+ Years in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Knowledge in e-commerce website, Shopify.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Strong background in Operations and Operations Management
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus
Analyzing marketing campaigns, coordinate the development, deployment, and tracking of email, EDM/SNS, Whatsapp Marketing.
Able to speak Mandarin, Korean is a plus.
