JOB DESCRIPTION
La Maison du Whisky is seeking a Communications & Design Executive to bring visual storytelling, brand communication and social media strategies to life for our portfolio of world-class spirits. This role blends content creation, visual design, and targeted digital initiatives with a strong emphasis on growing our social media presence, driving sales through compelling CTAs and EDM campaigns, and supporting on-the-ground activations with dynamic content capture.
Working directly under the Communications Director, this role is pivotal in ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all channels. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple departments, acting as the liaison to create integrated campaigns that span B2B and B2C touchpoints, while developing a 360 degree understanding of the business.
This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to grow into a managerial position, making it ideal for creative and strategic communicators who thrive in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Content & Design:
- Develop visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, events, and activations
- Write persuasive, on-brand copy for social media, EDMs, and campaign CTAs
- Capture and produce real-time content during activations to maximise reach and engagement
- Social Media & Brand Growth
- Manage and grow LDMW’s Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaign and brand objectives
- Analyse performance metrics and implement trend-led growth strategies to increase engagement and follower base
- Digital Marketing & CRM
- Build and schedule EDM campaigns via Brevo (or similar)
- Design banners and creative assets for e-commerce and landing pages
- Execute and update trigger-based email flows (e.g.: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) to drive engagement and sales
- Monitor engagement and conversion metrics to optimise campaigns
- KOL & Media Engagement
- Source and liaise with influencers across spirits, lifestyle, and luxury sectors
- Support Public Relations (PR) initiatives with media monitoring, reporting, and campaign coordination
- Collaboration & Activation
- Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to support execution of marketing plans
- Ensure brand consistency across trade, retail, and consumer-facing initiatives
- Flawless command of English (written and spoken) – exceptional grammar, spelling, and tone consistency are non-negotiable
- Strong design portfolio with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent copywriting ability with an understanding of brand voice and persuasive CTAs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong time-management skills
- Highly adaptable and resourceful – able to pivot quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in social media platforms and trend awareness
- Familiarity with Brevo (or similar EDM platforms) and basic analytics tools
- Experience with KOL sourcing and influencer engagement preferred
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/TikTok) are a bonus
- Passion for spirits, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle is an advantage
- Open to Singaporean or Permanent Residents only.
WORK LOCATION: UE Square / Fort Canning MRT
