Job Scope:
- Provide day to day production operational duties including washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients according to standard recipes and production plans.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods according to food safety standards.
- Assist in other departments when needed (e.g. cold room, packing, cleaning team).
- Must maintain excellent personal hygiene at all times.
- Requires the ability to work in a cold environment, remain on your feet for long periods, and carry product baskets weighing between 10 and 15 kg.
- Regular working days are Tuesday to Saturday. Availability on public holidays is required based on operational needs.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required.
Part Time Shifts Offered:
- 9:00am to 1:00pm
- 2:00pm to 6:00pm
