Job Description:
- Assist the Architect/Architectural Associate in his/her duties.
- Prepare plannning applications and other regulatory applications for approvals.
- Assist in the detailed design process.
- Prepare and update tender documentation and construction drawings.
- Liaison with relevant authorities/technical departments to obtain statutory approvals/clearances.
Requirements:
- Possess Architectural Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architectural Technology.
- 0-2 years related experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore by-laws and building regulations
- Revit/BIM skills required.
