Position Title: Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our daily logistics operations. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth flow of goods from our partners to our customers.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation.
• Manage and lead the logistics team, including drivers, warehouse staff, and coordinators, to achieve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments to ensure high-quality service and resolve operational issues.
• Track and analyze key logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy.
• Act as a relief driver to cover delivery routes when regular drivers are on leave or unavailable.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, vehicle logs, and incident reports.

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation management, or related field.
• Valid Class 3 / Class 4 driving license (depending on vehicle requirements).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
