Working Hours

5 Days Work Week (Monday – Saturday)

Shift 1
Tue – Fri: 9:00am – 1:30pm

Sat: 8:00am – 12:30pm

Shift 2
Mon: 9:00am – 1:30pm

Tue – Fri: 1:30pm – 6:00pm

(Must be able to commit to both shifts)

Job Summary

Provide frontline support by assisting visitors and patients with registration, wayfinding, and general enquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience within the hospital.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and guide visitors and patients at the lobby
Assist with registration at kiosks and entry systems
Manage queues and ensure smooth crowd flow
Provide directions and general assistance
Handle enquiries and feedback professionally
Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
Support daily operations and visitor management
