Production Line Shift Leader

Machining Line Shift Leader x 2 (12-Hour Shift | Singaporeans Only)

• Job Scope:
• Lead and supervise machine operators during your assigned 12-hour shift (day/night)
• Ensure smooth operations of machining lines (CNC, MC, etc.) and report any issues
• Monitor production output, ensure quality, and enforce safety practices
• Be hands-on with machines when necessary and help troubleshoot on the ground
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams on workflow and machine upkeep
• Train and support junior operators in line with company SOPs
• Who We’re Looking For:
• Fresh graduates from ITE or Polytechnic (relevant mechanical/machining/CNC programs welcome)
• Must be Singapore Citizen (as per government policy and workforce quota)
• Interest or basic experience in machining operations, CNC setup, or workshop leadership
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a hands-on environment
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, rotating if needed (fully compliant with MOM regulations)
