PART- TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT- PERM
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Clinic Assistant to join our team at H S LEE CLINIC & SURGERY' in the Yishun East North Region. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our healthcare practice.This part-time position offers the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
Weekdays working hrs- 7.00pm to 9.00pm ( 3 times weekly) weekends- 8.30a. to 12.30pm .( 2 times monthly)
What you'll be doing- Greeting and registering patients upon arrival. Dispensing drugs and payment collection. Update drug stocks and inventory.
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Assisting medical staff /doctor in medical procedures & with various administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment
- Ensuring a positive patient experience through excellent customer service
- Performing ECG, Nebuliser, vision check & other general administrative duties as required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to handle Mandarin speaking clientèle.
- Proficiency in using basic office equipment and computer applications
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks
- A team player with a positive and friendly attitude
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred . Able to commence work as soon as possible.
